Our Pledge to Clients at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers

By John Cooper, Norfolk Injury Attorney

As one of the founding partners at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers I make the following pledge to you as my personal injury client:

Happy clients talk about Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers

  1. I will always put your goals and best interests ahead of my own as I'm required to do by the Virginia Ethics Rules and do everything in my power to get you the best possible outcome under the circumstances of your accident and injury case.
  1. I will make sure to work very hard including after hours and going above and beyond your expectations in trying to make you a satisfied client and to try to get for you the best possible result that I am able to.
  1. I promise to be clear in my communications and to keep you informed about your case, as I understand how important knowing what's going on with your injury case is.  An informed client is a happy client who can make good decisions on their own behalf and we want you to be a happy and informed client.
  1. I pledge to let you make the key decisions on your case after receiving my best advice and the information you need to know in order to make a good decision about whether to settle your case or to go all the way to a jury trial.  The ultimate decision about whether to accept any given sum from the insurance company or at‑fault company or driver rests with the client and we recognize that the decision to resolve the case always rests with you after consultation with us.

This pledge is intended to demonstrate that we at Cooper Hurley want you to be extremely satisfied with the help that we provide on a personal injury case and that we want to treat you as we ourselves would want to be treated or would our own family members to be treated.  These things may seem very basic but a personal injury attorney who puts in writing the goals about client relations is an attorney who is thinking about what it mean to be a happy client. If you have been hurt in an accident due to the fault of another call us for a free consultation at (757) 455-0077.
