As your lawyer, I do everything in my power to get you results.- Jim Hurley

Attorney at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers

Your Personal Injury Consultation

Your free personal injury consultation at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers will take place with either John Cooper or Jim Hurley at any of our 8 Hampton Roads client meeting locations. This consultation provides you an opportunity to outline your injury claim, ask any questions you may have, and get to know our experienced Virginia injury lawyers. In turn, our attorneys will evaluate your case and determine whether or not you have a valid claim that is worth pursuing. If so, we will thoroughly explain what you can expect during every part of the claim process.

Our personal injury lawyers do not take every client who schedules an initial consultation. During your consultation, we will assess the viability of your claim. It is best that you bring all of your medical reports, police reports, and any other information related to your accident with you to your consultation. This will enable us to make the most informed evaluation possible.

Our attorneys refuse to be a factory firm where clients are simply accepted and processed without forethought. Many of our clients have described us as a family firm. If we accept your claim, we will dedicate our full and focused attention to your case. Your attorney will remain available 24/7 to answer your questions, address your concerns, and walk you through every step of your case.
